Prior to joining Marjorie Rawls Roberts, P.C., Ms. Berry was employed at Island Media, Inc. for nine years, where she served as the Office Administrator and as the Assistant Editor of its magazine, Virgin Islands Playground.
She is responsible for all administrative and financial functions of the office including billing.

Ethy Brazier
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Ms. Brazier was born on the island of St. Thomas. She is a graduate of the Charlotte Amalie High School. She was employed in various positions at the Virgin Islands Legislature from January 1967 until September 1987.
In September 1987 she accepted a position with the Executive Branch of Government, where she retired in June 1996, as Director of Business Management at the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs. Ms. Brazier came out of retirement in 2002 to join the firm.
Ms. Brazier is the firm receptionist and also provides administrative support for the office.

Laura L. Garten
Ms. Garten was born, educated and employed in the Washington, D.C. area before moving to St. Thomas in 1997. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Garten worked in various administrative capacities for federal contractors and law firms where she developed and maintained a variety of record and data management applications.
As a Legal Assistant at the firm, Ms. Garten assists in the firm's tax and EDC areas of practice; she is responsible for the records and data management of the firm as well as personal assistant to Marjorie Roberts.

Stephanie Osborne
Ms. Osborne was born in Buffalo, New York. She is a graduate of Silver Creek Central High School of Silver Creek, New York in 2001. She attended Erie Community College in Orchard Park, New York with majors in
Graphic Design and Math. She moved to St. Thomas in 2005.
Prior to joining Marjorie Rawls Roberts, P.C., Ms. Osborne was employed at Evans National Bank of Hamburg, New York for three years, where she served as the Head Teller and Immediate Supervisor. Ms. Osborne provides administrative support for the office.

Lisa Wisehart
Lisa Mohammed Wisehart is a native Virgin Islander. She received her undergraduate degree from Purdue University and her law degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, where she was a managing editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies. Prior to returning to the USVI, Ms. Wisehart clerked for the Indiana Court of Appeals in Indianapolis, Indiana. Ms. Wisehart provides support to the legal staff.
