Mr. Foster is a transactional attorney focusing his practice on business law, real estate transactions and estate planning, including: business planning; contract drafting; asset acquisitions and sales; real estate acquisition, disposition, development and leasing matters; preparation of wills and trusts; trust administration and probate matters.
He was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2001; the District of Columbia Bar, Virginia State Bar and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in 2002; The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia in 2004; The U.S. Virgin Islands Bar in 2004; The Law Society of England & Wales in 2006.

| Mr. Foster graduated from Texas Tech University, (B.A., Finance and Economics, cum laude, 1996.) Distinctions include: R.C. Johnson Academic Scholarship, Whos Who Among American Universities and Colleges, 1996, Member of Phi Kappa Phi, Beta Gamma Sigma and Golden Key honor societies
He holds a law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, (J. D., with distinction, 2001). His achievements include: Member of Phi Delta Phi, Academic Achievement Award/AmJur in Contract Drafting and Family Law and Deans List.

Prior to joining Marjorie Rawls Roberts, PC., Mr. Foster was an Associate in the business department of Ober, Kaler, Grimes & Shriver, PC, in Washington, DC from 2001-2004 and an Account Representative for VariTech International, Inc., in Dallas, Texas from 1996-1998.
