Ms. André is a corporate attorney focusing her practice on representing clients before the Economic Development Commission, Tax Compliance, Litigation, and Real Estate Development, including real estate closings.
She was admitted to the West Virginia Bar in 2007; the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia in 2007; the Virgin Islands Bar in 2008; and the United States District Court of the Virgin Islands in 2008. |

Ms. André graduated from Paine College in Augusta, GA (B.A. Psychology-Counseling, summa cum laude and with the highest G.P.A., 2003). Her distinctions include: recipient of the Paine College merit-based Presidential Scholarship, Presidential Scholar, Deans List, recipient of the Augusta-Area Psychological Association Merit Award, member of Alpha Kappa Alpha, Sorority, Inc., and a member of Alpha Kappa Mu Honor Society.
Ms. André received her law degree from West Virginia University College of Law (J.D., 2007). At WVU, Ms. André was a W.E.B. DuBois Fellow and the President of the Black Law Students Association (2005-2006). Her achievements include: CALI Awards in Torts, Civil Procedure (Jurisdiction), and Legal Research and Writing. |

Prior to joining Marjorie Rawls Roberts, P.C., Ms. André was a Federal Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Chief Judge Curtis V. Gómez in the United States District Court of the Virgin Islands, St. Thomas & St. John Division from 2007-2008. Ms. André also interned with Chief Judge Gómez during her final semester of law school in the spring of 2007. Ms. André also interned with the law firm of Jackson Kelly, PLLC in its Charleston, W.Va. (summer 2005 & 2006) and District of Columbia (summer 2006) offices.
