Gregory J. Ferguson
AREAS OF PRACTICE
Mr. Ferguson's practice focuses on business transactions with a specialization in entity formation, corporate governance, government regulation and compliance, business immigration, real estate transactions and employment law issues.  In addition, Mr. Ferguson assists clients with family and estate matters.

EDUCATION
Mr. Ferguson graduated from The University of Arizona in 1999 with a degree in International Studies/Interdisciplinary Studies.  He holds a law degree from The George Washington University Law School (JD 2006).

WORK EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining the law firm, Mr. Ferguson worked as a law clerk at the United States Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs in Washington, DC and as a legal assistant at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP in Washington, DC.  Mr. Ferguson was a United States Peace Corps Volunteer in Paraguay from 1999-2001.
