Ms. Roberts has written a number of articles on international taxation, investment issues, and offshore and mutual funds and has spoken at conferences on Taxation in Central America and the Caribbean, Virgin Islands Investment Law, Captive Insurance Companies, International Estate Planning, Foreign Sales Corporations, Offshore and Mutual Funds, and Utilization of Offshore Centers. She is also the US Virgin Islands correspondent for Tax Notes International and on the Board of Advisors for the Council on International Tax Education (CITE) and the International Tax News, Trusts and Trustees, Offshore Investment, and Insurance Tax Review.
